Carl Dawson Frsa

Carl Dawson FRSA is the Founder and CEO of Construct, serving the education and workforce development sector for over 20 years. Carl's passions lie in change, social mobility, and critical infrastructure skills. Carl is currently a Transformational Leadership Fellow at the Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford, a Policy Fellow at the CSaP - Centre for Science and Policy, University of Cambridge, and a Senior Research Associate at Jesus College Cambridge. In the past, Carl has held roles such as Operations and HR Manager at Exponential-e, and Workforce Development roles at the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority and LSC. Carl has also worked as a teacher in the Bahamas, and in roles at the National Union of Students (UK) and the University of Hull.
