Frenette van der Walt is a Learning Designer currently at Construct Education, focusing on establishing effective digital course-building processes through collaboration with stakeholders. Previous roles include Instructional Designer at Entersekt, where Frenette developed online training programs, and Learning Designer at Construct, where engagement with internal and external parties was essential in translating course blueprints into detailed storyboards. With experience as a Facilitator and Learning and Development Specialist at Harambee Youth Employment Accelerator, Frenette analyzed training needs and designed impactful content. Additional experience encompasses teaching English as a Language Trainer at CallForce Language Centre and managing productions as a Stage Manager at the South African State Theatre. Frenette holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts from Tshwane University of Technology.
