Meg Knight

Meg Knight has a diverse work experience, starting in 2002 as a Co-Founder and COO of Letsatsi Learning Solutions, where they managed operations and designed customized training solutions. In 2005, they co-founded Fruits and Roots Restaurant and Food Store, contributing as a strategist. In 2006, Meg co-founded Alladin E-learning, developing a bespoke learner management system and designing training interventions for corporate businesses in South Africa. From 2013 to 2014, they were a Co-Founder and COO of Tool Share Studio. In 2015, they started working as a Freelance Learning Designer at Meg Knight Consulting. Meg then co-founded Virtual Academies in 2018, serving as the Chief Operations Officer and Co-Founder. In the same year, they joined Construct as the Head of Learning, later progressing to Chief Operating Officer and Global Director of Strategic Initiatives and Human Performance. Currently, Meg holds the position of Global Chief Operations Officer at Construct.

Meg Knight's education history is as follows:

- In 1992 to 1994, Meg Knight attended the University of KwaZulu-Natal, where they earned a BComm degree with a focus on Business/Managerial Economics.

- From 1996 to 1997, Meg Knight studied at the Auckland College of Education, earning a Diploma of Teaching.
