Nicole Jennings

Nicole Jennings currently serves as the Head of Operations at Anderson Studios and the Training Manager at MzN International, both positions held since 2024. Nicole also works as a Project Manager at Construct Education and previously held the same title at Dapper. Prior experience includes a role as Project Consultant at Lead 4 Life and UCT OHS Portfolio Manager at Valenture Institute. From 2010 to 2022, Nicole was the Operations Manager and later Campus Coordinator and Short Course Manager at eta College, overseeing team efficiency and short course activities. Past roles include Aerobics, Pilates, and Indoor Cycling Instructor at Virgin Active and Pilates Instructor at the Sports Science Institute of South Africa. Nicole has also tutored Sport Management students at the University of Cape Town. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Degree in Sport and Fitness Administration from the University of Cape Town and a BA Honours in Anthropology and Psychology from Rhodes University. Additionally, a course in Mixed Methods Research Design was completed at Stellenbosch University.
