Elena Adina Badea

Elena Adina Badea has over two decades of experience in human resources and financial management across various companies. Currently, Elena serves as the Human Resources Manager at Constructii Erbasu since September 2020. Prior to this role, Elena was the Economic Director at ETAP ROM CONSTRUCT AND CONSULTING SRL from March 2011 to September 2020, and held the position of Economist at NINIVE COM SRL from September 2004 to December 2010. Earlier in Elena's career, roles included Accountant at NEOSET COCOR SRL and SIL CONSTRUCT SRL between 2001 and 2001. Elena holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Computer Science from Academia de Studii Economice din București, completed in 2005.
