William T. has an extensive and diverse background in the construction industry, with experience in various leadership roles. William is currently serving as the Head of Diploma & Machinery Training and Principal of Kowloon Bay Campus at the Construction Industry Council. Prior to their current position, William held senior engineering roles at Chun Wo Development Holdings Limited and technical positions at City University of Hong Kong and the HKSAR Government. William holds a Master of Science in Civil Infrastructural Engineering and Management, a Master of Science in Business Information Systems, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil and Structural Engineering. Their educational background also includes a Higher Diploma in Civil Engineering.
