Aly Hajjar

Aly Hajjar has a strong background in sales and operations management. Aly is currently the Managing Director of Sales and Operation at Construction Specialties since June 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Regional Strategy Director for MENA & International Business at the same company from March 2022 to June 2023. Before joining Construction Specialties, Aly was the Regional Director at Tensar International Corporation from October 2019 to March 2022. Aly also held various roles at Construction Specialties, including Regional Sales Director for the Middle East from November 2015 to September 2019, and Regional Sales Manager for the Middle East from August 2012 to October 2015. Earlier in their career, Aly worked as a Sales Manager at Greenheck from October 2009 to July 2012, and as a Senior QA-QC Certification Supervisor at Consolidated Contractors International Company from May 2006 to September 2009.

Aly Hajjar attended Lebanese American University from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications such as the Level 5 Certificate in Leadership & Management from ILM in 2021 and the ISO 9001 Lead Auditor - Quality Certification from DNV organization in 2008.
