Bailey Kanarek

Bailey Kanarek has a diverse work experience in various roles related to talent acquisition and human resources. They started their career at Curtis Lumber Co, Inc. as an Inventory Management Specialist in 2018. They then transitioned to the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they managed recruitment partnerships, sourced and interviewed candidates, and supported hiring managers in meeting their staffing needs. Additionally, Bailey also served as a Human Resources Payroll Administrator, handling payroll for 600+ employees and utilizing the HRIS system. In 2022, Bailey joined K&A Engineering Consulting, P.C. as a Candidate Relationship Specialist, where they identified and qualified candidates, developed hiring strategies, and managed the recruitment life cycle. Currently, Bailey is working at Construction Specialties as a Technical Talent Acquisition & People Analytics Lead, responsible for identifying and mobilizing qualified candidates, developing job advertisements, and conducting full-cycle recruitment activities.

Bailey Kanarek completed a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree at Hartwick College from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2016, Bailey attended Clarkson University (Clarkson School) and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
