Business Process Analyst at Constructiv

Deborah Lauwers has extensive experience in business process analysis and administration management. Since January 2008, Lauwers has served as a Business Process Analyst and Coordinator of Administration at Constructiv, leading a team of eight, organizing payment services, overseeing budget management for customer payments, conducting contract negotiations with partners, and creating functional analyses of business processes. Prior to this role, Lauwers worked at VDAB from June 2000 to December 2007 as a Building Consultant, focusing on workforce training administration, promoting construction training through mailing campaigns, and managing procurement files, as well as serving as Coordinator of Cultural Training, where responsibilities included organizing practical training in various arts disciplines, guiding students, managing project budgets, and establishing potential collaborations within the arts sector. Lauwers holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Cultural Work from IPSOC Kortrijk, obtained between 1990 and 1993.
