Ian Kahng

Ian Kahng currently serves as a Performance Consultant at HAPPINESS SQUAD and is involved in Operations Special Projects at Constructive Dialogue Institute, along with overseeing Operations and Growth Strategy at Galánta Coaching. Previously, Ian founded and led Lucid Power as President, and contributed to financial performance and leadership placement at Teamshares. Earlier experience includes a role as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company and an Investment Management Summer Analyst position at Goldman Sachs. Educationally, Ian is pursuing an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University and a Certificate in Happiness Studies from Happiness Studies Academy.
