Thahera Choudhury

Thahera Choudhury is an experienced professional specializing in incident management and intellectual disabilities support. Currently serving as an Incident Management Specialist at Constructive Partnerships Unlimited since March 2017, Thahera initiates investigative processes for incidents and maintains communication with relevant agencies. Prior to this role, Thahera worked as a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional at Daybreak Independent Services Inc, overseeing case notes and staff training, and began as a Direct Support Professional, where responsibilities included case documentation and community engagement.
