Ashley Hanson began their professional career in 2007 as the Office Manager and Marketing Representative for The Virtual Reality Medical Center. Ashley was ISO trained, OSHA trained, and HIPAA certified and was responsible for the front office and reception. Ashley also oversaw the relocation of facilities of 15 people and 4 departments. In 2008, they took on the role of Executive Assistant to the SVP of Technology at Aptimus. Her responsibilities included attending meetings in the SVP's absence, researching and drafting documents and correspondence, and collecting and analyzing data to summarize and present. In 2009, they were hired as a Technology Project Manager at Apollo Education Group. Ashley maintained project schedules and master project list for all front end website development initiatives, coordinated teams and executive meetings to ensure timely and successful product launches, and documented entire project life cycle from 'womb to tomb'. In 2014, they became the Kitchen Manager at Nob Hill Grille and implemented standard best practices to increase profit margin, reform kitchen environment, and refresh menu within a 4-month contract time frame. In 2015, they held two roles simultaneously: Operations Manager at Kasnoff Skincare & Cosmetics and Social Media & Content Manager at BRU Broth. At Kasnoff Skincare & Cosmetics, they worked in and across multiple channels to ensure deadlines were met and business goals were attained. Ashley also managed website development and drove ecommerce optimization plan stemming from data-driven analytics. At BRU Broth, they were recruited by the co-founder to help define brand presence by means of social strategy, email campaigns, and website optimization. In 2018, they became the Digital Marketing Manager at YOOT. Ashley was personally recruited to be the “Jack of All Trades” and grow all digital marketing aspects using a hands-on philosophy to drive growth in demand, inbound/lead generation, email, content, social, organic, and paid. In 2019, they became the Digital Strategist and Paid Marketing Campaign Manager at Rocketship LLC. In 2021, they took on the role of Growth Marketing Manager at Lumanu. Currently, they are the Global Campaign Manager at Constructor.

Ashley Hanson has a BA in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside and an Associate's Degree in Culinary Art & Hospitality from City College of San Francisco. Ashley also holds certifications in Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance (obtained in August 2011), HIPPA from HHS (obtained in September 2007), ISO from ISO Quality Services Ltd (ISO QSL) (obtained in September 2007), OSHA from OSHA Safety Training Institute (obtained in September 2007), and Google Ads Search Certification from Google (obtained in March 2019).
