Paola Meneghini Hirmas

Paola Meneghini Hirmas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in marketing and retail consultancy. Since August 2016, Paola has served as a partner at GOTOMARKET, a firm focused on cultural transformations in commercial teams to create agile, customer-centric organizations that deliver business value. Concurrently, Paola holds the position of Director at Construmart S.A. and Desafío Levantemos Chile, and became a member of the Tribunal Superior del Conar in June 2023, after previously serving as its Director from 2012 to April 2023. Paola co-founded Amaranta Textil, a women's clothing design and manufacturing company, and has a solid background in marketing from a 15-year tenure at Unilever, where the role of Marketing Director was held. Paola earned a degree in Commercial Engineering from Universidad de Chile between 1989 and 1993.
