Paulo Nascimento has extensive experience in supply chain management and procurement, currently serving as Líder de Suprimentos at Construtora Barbosa Mello since January 2021, overseeing various aspects of supply management, including direct materials, commodities, MRO, and consumables, while also leading the central warehouse and import operations. Prior roles include Specialist of Supply at Nemak, where Paulo achieved significant savings in indirect material acquisition, and Senior Purchasing Analyst at ArcelorMittal, focusing on cost analysis for diverse industrial supplies. Earlier experience includes roles in educational management and strategic sourcing for large electrical equipment at Vale. Paulo holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, an Eletrotechnics and Industrial Automation degree from Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica de Minas Gerais, and is pursuing an MBA in Project Management and Agile Methodologies at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul.
