Thays Lysko

Thays Lysko currently serves as Lider de Gente e Gestão at Construtora e Incorporadora Pride S.A. since August 2023, overseeing various human resources subsystems including communication, development, recruitment, payroll, and benefits. Prior to this role, Thays held multiple positions at Grupo Boticário from 2016 to 2022, ultimately serving as SR Business Partner for the VP of Technology and Legal/ESG, leading a team of three. Thays also contributed significantly as SR Business Partner for the Corporate VP and DHO, managing a team of nine. Earlier experience includes a role at Philip Morris International from 2002 to 2016, where Thays was the National Manager of Development and Training for the Commercial area and worked as a business partner across several departments. Thays holds a postgraduate degree in Group Dynamics from SBDG and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from FAE Centro Universitário.
