Arunava Bhattacharyya

Arunava Bhattacharyya is an experienced professional with a robust background in defense, foreign policy, and naval operations. Currently serving as an Officer on Special Duty at the Ministry of External Affairs, India, since October 2020, Arunava has been instrumental in formulating and executing India's foreign policy strategy in South East Asia, coordinating significant initiatives such as the India-Singapore Ministerial Roundtable and the UPI-PayNow linkage.
