Talent Madava

Talent Madava is a Junior Process Engineer at Consulmet since February 2020, with prior experience as an Assistant Underwriter at Mirabilis Engineering Underwriting Managers (Pty) Ltd and as an Innovation Consultant at Moralitas Group. At Moralitas Group, responsibilities included writing grant funding proposals, conducting market research, and enhancing proposal documents. Earlier experience includes roles as an Operator at Olivine Industries Chegutu Cannery and as a Trainee Metallurgist with the Ministry of Mines and Mining Development in Zimbabwe. Talent holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Process Engineering from the University of Bejaia, as well as an RE 5 degree from Moonstone Business School of Excellence.
