Donna Simonetta is a seasoned professional in organizational development, currently serving as Principal Consultant at Consult HR Partners, LLC since 2023. With extensive experience in talent management and development, Donna has held leadership roles including Vice President of Talent Management at Ideal Image and Vice President of Organizational Development at Hilton Grand Vacations, where responsibilities included strategizing talent acquisition and enhancing employee engagement.
