Jennifer Martinez

Jennifer Martinez is the President and Chief Executive Officer with Consult HR Partners. As a role up your sleeves business minded HR leader, Martinez’s approach is highly collaborative and customer service focused when working with her clients in both the public and private sector in support of bottom line results.

She has global expertise in the areas of start-up HR operations, employee engagement and culture development, merger and acquisition due diligence and integration planning, organizational design work, developing and implementing strategic HR plans and leadership development programs.

In her 25+ year tenure within the Human Resources field, Martinez held various HR leadership positions within the gaming industry at Scientific Games Corporation, Konami Gaming, Aristocrat and Caesars Entertainment Corporation. In her earlier career, she worked in hotel operations.

Jennifer recently joined Human Advantage, a consultancy firm focusing on the sports ecosystem, as a Principal/Practice Leader specializing in Organizational Design, Employee Engagement, Talent Retention & Acquisition, and HR M&A.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a Master of Science degree in Organization Leadership.

She recently served an Adjunct Professor at College of Southern Nevada for the Business School.
