Siva Kumar Kappa is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Consult Red since May 2023, Siva has previously held various positions at msg global solutions from October 2017 to August 2022, progressing from Manager to Senior Lead - HRBP. Earlier experience includes roles at Bajaj Capital Ltd from April 2012 to September 2017, beginning as a Management Trainee and advancing to Assistant Manager - HR.
