Jenny Gallagher Blom

Jenny Gallagher Blom has a diverse background in community empowerment and strategic leadership. Jenny has held various positions at The Salvation Army Harrisburg and Strategic Consulting Partners, where Jenny currently serves as the Vice President of Community Benefit and Strategic Innovation. Jenny also has experience working with the Corporation for National and Community Service as an Americorps Vista. Jenny obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Community Empowerment from Messiah University in 2002 and recently completed their Master of Arts in Strategic Leadership in 2023 from the same institution.
