Aura Gonzales

Aura Gonzales has extensive experience in support and case management services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Currently serving as the Regional Service Supervisor at Consumer Direct Care Network since September 2022, Aura provides statewide supports and supervision in New Mexico while consulting on self-directed services. Previous roles include Support Broker at Presbyterian Healthcare Services and at Decades, where Aura also worked as a Guardian/Private Care Manager, offering court-appointed guardian services. Early career positions include Program Manager at Alianza Family Services, where coordination of home and community integrated services was emphasized, along with various case management roles at Unidas and New Mexico Quality Case Management. Aura holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Speech-Language Pathology from The University of New Mexico and is a Certified National Guardian through the National Guardianship Association.
