Lark Turner

Lark Turner is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in appellate and constitutional litigation. Currently serving at the Federal Trade Commission since December 2021, Lark previously held law clerk positions at the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the D.C. Court of Appeals. Significant contributions include work at Gupta Wessler PLLC, where Lark played a key role in cases presented before the United States Supreme Court. Lark's legal journey began at Harvard Law School, resulting in a Juris Doctor degree, and includes impactful internships and clerkships, as well as leadership roles through the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau and various legal projects advocating for prisoners' rights. Prior to law school, Lark was a lead reporter at UrbanTurf, covering real estate and development in Washington, D.C.
