Lisa Ratnavale

Lisa Ratnavale is an experienced professional in data policy and governance, currently serving as the Data Policy and Governance Manager at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau since January 2013. Prior to this role, Lisa held the position of Management and Program Analyst within the same organization. Lisa's previous experience includes serving as the Business Systems Manager at the National Archives II College Park MD and as a Project Manager at UCG. Additional roles include Principal Consultant positions at both Discovery Channel and National Cooperative Bank, where Lisa also worked as a DBA & Data Warehousing Manager, and prior experience as a Principal Consultant at organizations such as Vale Technologies, NASA, Sybase, and Prudential Home Mortgage. Lisa began a consulting career at Tera Systems Inc. and holds an MS in Business & Information Technology from The Johns Hopkins University and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
