Client Services and Insight Director at Consumer Intelligence

Lisa Franklin has a diverse work experience ranging from client support executive to client services and insight director. Lisa started their career at TNS in 2011 as a global operations assistant before becoming an MCP coordinator. In 2014, Lisa joined Consumer Intelligence, where they held various roles, including client support executive, key account manager, client partner, senior client manager, head of client services, and their current position as client services and insight director, which they assumed in February 2022.

Lisa Franklin obtained a Certificate in Management Essentials from Harvard Business School Online in 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology (Hons) from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd, graduating between 2007 and 2010. Lisa's educational journey also includes studying Psychology, Maths, Geography, Law, General Studies, and English Literature at The Sixth Form College, Farnborough from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, Lisa holds several certifications, including the Best Self Management Certification from 15Five in September 2020, the MRS Advanced Certificate in Market and Social Research Practice from Market Research Society (MRS) in September 2013, and the Hubspot Sales Software Certified from HubSpot Academy in August 2020.
