Krystil Smith

Krystil Smith has held a diverse array of roles in mediation, analysis, and policy management, currently serving as a Mediator at the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service since January 2017, a Program Analyst at the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission since May 2015, and a Policy Manager at The Humane Society of the United States since June 2013. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) and a Master's of Environmental Law and Policy from Vermont Law and Graduate School, where Krystil also earned a Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution. Prior academic achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing from Texas Tech University.
