Robert Kaye has a diverse background in the legal field, with extensive experience in various government agencies. Robert most recently served as the Director of the Office of Compliance and Field Operations at the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. Prior to that, they were the Chief Enforcement Officer at the Department of Education and held the position of Chief Litigation Counsel at the Federal Trade Commission, Bureau of Consumer Protection. Robert also worked as an Assistant Director at the Division of Enforcement and held several attorney roles at the Federal Trade Commission. Additionally, they have worked as a Trial Attorney at the Office of the Public Defender in Maryland and as an Associate at Baker & Hostetler LLP.
Robert Kaye attended Duke University from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. Following this, they enrolled at Georgetown University Law Center from 1988 to 1991, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree in the field of Law.
