Sukhi Gulati-Gilbert

Sukhi Gulati-Gilbert is a seasoned product manager currently leading the development of the Permission Slip app at Consumer Reports, focusing on digital data privacy rights since May 2023. Previously, Sukhi served as a Technologist Fellow at the Center for Democracy & Technology, specializing in interoperability research, and as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, designing privacy-compliant software frameworks. Sukhi's extensive experience at Facebook includes roles as an Engineering Manager within Integrity Infrastructure, overseeing data disclosures, and as a Software Engineer on the News Team. Additionally, Sukhi founded SeniorsNetworked, a nonprofit aimed at enhancing computer literacy for senior citizens and language barriers, and has held various internships, including at APX Labs and UNESCO. Sukhi holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Stanford University, augmented by a minor in Political Science.
