Abigail Weatherwax, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, primarily as a Human Resources Business Partner at Mindr since April 2018, focusing on employee engagement and retention metrics. Previous roles at Mindr include Senior Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Generalist, where responsibilities encompassed compliance with employment laws, managing employee inquiries, and developing diversity programs. Prior to Mindr, Abigail gained HR experience at Principal Financial Group in various roles, including Recruiting Assistant and University Relations Recruiting Intern, where recruitment and candidate engagement efforts were key.
