E Heather Smiley retired from The Beach in 2020. Before that, they worked as the Senior Vice President of Marketing at ConsumerMedical and was responsible for B2B and B2C marketing and customer experience. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Managing Consultant and Head of Marketing and Digital at Chief Marketing Officer & Digital Profit Consultant to Fortune 100. E Heather also worked as the SVP, Chief Marketing & Communications Officer, and Head of Digital Marketing at MassMutual, where they led the digital transformation and go-to-market strategies. Before that, they were a Senior Vice President at Fidelity Investments, where they led B2B and B2C Marketing for retail cross-sell and rollover asset retention.

E Heather Smiley has completed Executive Education in Artificial Intelligence at the MIT Sloan School of Management. E Heather also took MBA Classes at Clark University and studied Business, Marketing, and English at the University of Tampa. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Series 7 & 24.
