Christi Lepinski

Christi Lepinski has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Christi is currently working at Consumers Credit Union as the Director of Project Management, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Manager of Project Management at the same company starting in March 2020. Christi initially joined Consumers Credit Union as a Project Manager in July 2019.

Before joining Consumers Credit Union, Lepinski worked at Mondo (Exclusively for Abbott) as a Senior Project Manager from April 2018 to July 2019.

From 2007 to 2017, Lepinski worked as an IT Project Manager at Optum (formerly Alere Wellbeing). Prior to that, they held a similar position as an IT Project Manager at Matria Healthcare from 2005 to 2007.

In the early stages of their career, Lepinski gained experience at CorSolutions from 2001 to 2005, where they held multiple roles including Enrollment Specialist, Enrollment Team Lead, Enrollment Manager, DA Lead, and Business Process Manager.

Their first professional role was as the Social Services Director at Claremont Nursing and Rehabilitation Center from 1998 to 2001.

Christi Lepinski has a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology in Health and Aging, with a minor in Psychology, from Northern Illinois University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained two certifications. The first one is in Organizational Transformation: Foundation, obtained from the Project Management Institute in February 2023. The second certification is as a Project Management Professional (PMP), obtained from the Project Management Institute in December 2021.
