Jennifer Evans

Jennifer Evans currently serves as the Director of Member Experience at Consumers Credit Union, a role held since March 2023. Prior to this position, Jennifer held key roles at the National Association of REALTORS® as Customer Experience Manager and at CX Coaching as a Customer Experience Coach, where training and methodology developed by The DiJulius Group were utilized to enhance client service capabilities. Jennifer's extensive experience also includes over a decade with IKEA, where leadership in customer experience management, communications, and sales was demonstrated. With a Master's degree in Business Administration focusing on Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Northern Illinois University, Jennifer excels in fostering customer-focused environments and driving service excellence.
