Rebecca Solnit

Rebecca Solnit, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Member Experience Associate Director at Veris Insights, where responsibilities include providing insights for talent acquisition and consulting to enhance the workplace. Previous roles at the School District of Philadelphia involved managing the Teacher Residency Program and co-managing a multimillion-dollar substitute services contract. Additional experience includes positions at St. James School focused on high school transition programming and graduate support, as well as roles related to college admissions and research. Rebecca earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Dickinson College and pursued further studies at the University of Pennsylvania and University of Hyderabad.
