Vinay D.

Vinay D. has a strong background in finance and risk management. Currently, Vinay holds the position of Vice President, Finance & Deposit Operations at Consumers Credit Union, having joined in March 2023. Prior to this, Vinay served as Vice President, Finance at the same company from August 2022 to March 2023.

Before joining Consumers Credit Union, Vinay gained valuable experience working at various financial institutions. From January 2022 to August 2022, Vinay worked at Charles Schwab as the Director of Investment Products Risk Management and Governance Oversight. Prior to this, from January 2021 to December 2021, Vinay was the Director of Enterprise Risk Management at Charles Schwab. Vinay also served as the Senior Manager of Enterprise Risk Management at Charles Schwab from June 2018 to December 2020.

Prior to their time at Charles Schwab, Vinay worked at Intercontinental Exchange as the Manager of Enterprise Risk Management from July 2016 to June 2018. Before that, Vinay was a Senior Consultant in Financial Services Risk Management at EY from February 2015 to July 2016. In this role, Vinay was responsible for various risk management activities, including Structural Market Risk documentation, Volcker Rule implementation, and Basel Committee on Banking Supervision 239 compliance.

Vinay also gained experience in risk management at GE Capital, where they worked as the Manager of Enterprise Risk Management from June 2014 to February 2015. Prior to that, Vinay held positions at Bank of America as the VP of Counterparty Portfolio Management (XVA) from January 2012 to June 2014, and as the AVP of Counterparty Valuation Adjustment (CVA) from September 2010 to January 2012.

Early in Vinay's career, they worked at HSBC as the Manager of Finance from March 2008 to September 2010. Prior to that, Vinay held roles at Aon Corp as a Senior Analyst in Finance from March 2005 to March 2008, at Hewitt Associates LLC as an Analyst in Finance from August 2004 to March 2005, and at Wayport, Inc. as a Sales professional from May 2004 to August 2004.

Vinay D. completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from DePaul Driehaus College of Business in 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Miami University in 2004. Vinay completed their high school education and earned a High School Diploma from Olmsted Falls High School in 2000.

In terms of additional certifications, Vinay obtained the Series 66 certification from NASAA in December 2020. Vinay also obtained the Series 7 certification from FINRA in August 2020 and the Securities Industry Essentials certification from FINRA in July 2019.
