Yesenia Mendez

Yesenia Mendez has worked as a Manager of Digital Payments at Consumers Credit Union since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Dovenmuehle Mortgage, Inc. Yesenia held the position of Assistant Vice President from May 2022 onwards. Before that, they worked as an Assistant Manager, with responsibilities including managing incoming funds for mortgage loans, resolving issues related to unidentified funds, and training and directing staff. Yesenia has extensive experience with loan servicing platforms, including MSP, and is knowledgeable about CFPB regulations. Yesenia is also bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish.

Yesenia Mendez is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the College of Lake County. The educational journey began in 2012, and the completion date is not yet determined.
