Jim Roush is an experienced attorney specializing in environmental compliance and regulatory matters within the energy sector. Currently serving as Director of Environmental Compliance and Regulatory Attorney III at Consumers Energy since July 2012, Jim focuses on FERC-related energy law, including rate making, MISO, transmission, NERC, hydro, generator interconnection, and policy development. Prior to this role, Jim was a Regulatory Attorney II and Associate Attorney at Bodman PLC, where work centered on commercial litigation and environmental issues.
