Angela Banks

Angela Banks, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Environmental Compliance at Icahn Automotive Group LLC, a position held since November 2016, where responsibilities include leading corporate recycling and sustainability initiatives and implementing an electronic environmental management system. Prior to this, Angela held various roles at Pep Boys from 2000 to 2016, culminating in the position of Director of Environmental Compliance, where efforts focused on collaborating with government agencies to address environmental issues and ensuring compliance across retail and e-commerce operations. Angela’s career began as a Waste Management Specialist at Pep Boys, progressively advancing through roles that honed expertise in environmental and DOT compliance, project management, and regulatory adherence. Angela holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Chestnut Hill College and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Environmental Policy & Sustainability from Southern New Hampshire University.
