Jordan Walker

Jordan Walker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) leadership. Currently serving as Manager of DE&I at Consumers Energy since May 2016, Jordan has successfully redesigned the Executive DE&I Council and leads various initiatives, including the Inclusion Champion program and the company’s employee resource groups, which gained national recognition in 2022. Previous roles include Diversity & Inclusion Consultant and University Relations and Intern Program Lead at Consumers Energy, where Jordan developed comprehensive DE&I strategies and enhanced internship programs. Prior experience at Target as Executive Team Leader HR involved strategic staffing and fostering an inclusive culture. Jordan holds a BSBA in Human Resource Management from Central Michigan University.
