Micah Clack is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service management, athletics coaching, and media production. Currently serving as the Customer Experience Contact Center Manager at Consumers Energy since November 2003, Micah oversees operations and fosters employee engagement within the World Class Contact Center. Previously, Micah held roles as Lead Contact Center Supervisor and Commercial and Industrial Account Specialist at Consumers Energy, leading teams to achieve operational excellence. In addition to corporate experience, Micah was a Varsity Diving Coach at Grand Valley State University and worked as a Video Editor and Producer at various media organizations.
