Tom Crutchfield

Tom Crutchfield is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in regulatory and business analysis, particularly within the Smart Energy sector at Consumers Energy since January 2001. In the role of Senior Regulatory and Business Analyst, Tom has established collaborative relationships with business partners, facilitated process changes, and tracked key performance metrics related to Smart Energy implementations. Previously, Tom held positions as a Sr. Business Analyst/BI Functional Developer, where workshops for requirement analysis were conducted, and as an Accounting Analyst II during an upgrade to ORACLE systems. Prior experience includes serving as a Financial Analyst at AAR Cargo Systems and Kmart Corporation, where Tom contributed to budgeting and financial analysis efforts. Tom holds an MBA in Business Information Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance, both from Walsh College.
