Scott Dodds has extensive experience in the banking industry. Scott started their career at Society National Bank in 1989, where they worked as an Assistant Vice President until 1993. Scott then joined Unizan Corp as an Executive Vice President and worked there until 2006. In 2011, Dodds joined FirstMerit Bank as a Senior Vice President and Business Banking Team Lead. Scott held this role until 2013 when they moved to Consumers National Bank as an Executive Vice President and Senior Loan Officer, responsible for commercial, consumer, and mortgage loan areas. Scott is also a member of the Executive Management team at Consumers National Bank.

Scott Dodds attended The University of Akron from 1980 to 1985, where they earned a BSBA degree in Finance. In 1997, they pursued further education at the University of Delaware Stonier Graduate School of Banking, completing the Stonier Graduate School of Banking program in 1999. In 2001, they attended Emory University - Goizueta Business School, where they obtained a degree in Executive Bank Management with a focus on Banking in 2002.
