Trevor Ackerman

Trevor Ackerman has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Trevor recently joined ConsumerTrack, Inc. as an Associate Product Manager in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at DealerOn as an Associate Product Manager, where they managed the concept-to-launch of an online automotive retail chat solution and ensured that products met customer expectations. Trevor also worked as an Agile Business Analyst, actively participating in SCRUM ceremonies and collaborating with product managers and engineering teams. Trevor was also a Customer Success Manager - Team Lead, overseeing a group of customer success managers and providing solutions for customer concerns. Trevor previously held roles as a Customer Success Manager, Case Manager, and Client Support Specialist at DealerOn.

Before joining DealerOn, Trevor gained valuable experience as a Property Manager at Stonehouse Rentals, where they maintained tenant/owner relationships and managed property maintenance. Trevor also worked as a Server at Karl's Cuisine & Winery, delivering excellent customer service. Prior to that, at Lake Superior State University, Trevor worked as a Call Team Member, establishing communication with university supporters and acquiring gifts for the Annual Fund.

Trevor Ackerman obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing from Lake Superior State University, where they studied from 2012 to 2017. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained two additional certifications: Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from the Scrum Alliance in March 2021, and Google AdWords from Google in July 2017.
