Hester Ng

Hester Ng has a diverse range of work experience. Hester started in 2017 as a Retail Consultant at L'Occitane Group, where they implemented sales strategies and operated the POS system with accuracy. In 2019, they worked as a Guest Service Agent at THE FACE Suites. Then, they joined Flowersful in 2019 as a Business Development Specialist, where they organized workload, managed suppliers, conducted market research, and successfully expanded the business. In 2022, they volunteered at Free Tree Society, raising awareness about environmental sustainability and learning about food security and climate change prevention. Most recently, in 2023, they became a Sourcing Consultant at Consus Global.

Hester Ng obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from UCSI, where they studied from 2018 to 2020. In addition, Hester has attained several certifications, including "Excel Skills for Business: Intermediate I" from Coursera in August 2022, "Introduction to SQL" from DataCamp in July 2022, and "Excel Skills for Business: Essentials" from Macquarie University in June 2022.
