Varsha B Rathore has over two years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources management. In 2016, they worked as an HR Manager at Bookaprop Estates Pvt Ltd, where they were responsible for various tasks such as sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, handling joining formalities, maintaining employee records, and managing performance appraisals. In 2018, they joined Consystent Infotech as a Talent Acquisition Manager, and later became the Head of Talent Acquisition.
