Bruno Souza has a varied work experience, beginning in 2017 when they founded and served as CFO for Nori. In 2018, they became Administrative Director for UFPR Formula SAE and also served as a Financial Consultant. In 2019, they were Strategy and Management Coordinator for Youth Action Hubs - Brazil. In 2020, they held roles at Conta Simples as Product Manager and at CINQ Technologies as a Financial Intern. Lastly, in 2021, they became Revenue OP's and Sales for Skore. At Conta Simples, they were responsible for products such as batch transfers and attachment of receipts, and was in charge of vision, refinement, prioritization, and following the metrics and goals of the product. At Skore, they structured the sales process for data collection and analysis of indicators, constructed a quarterly sales strategy, and analyzed tools and technologies to be used in product and service development. At Youth Action Hubs - Brazil, they were responsible for monitoring the management model, performing analysis and monitoring of indicators, and developing and carrying out training to facilitate the development of members and execution of projects. Lastly, at UFPR Formula SAE, they were responsible for monitoring Marketing, Finance and HR managers, fostering partnerships with external companies and projects from within the university, and following deadlines and general dates for projects in partnership with the electric car and combustion project directors.

Bruno Souza holds a Graduação in Engenharia Mecânica from the Universidade Federal do Paraná, which they obtained in 2021. Prior to that, they completed a Técnico em Eletromecânica from the Instituto Federal de Educação Ciência e Tecnologia da Bahia - IFBA in 2015. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including a Product Management Certificate from Cursos PM3 in 2022, a Google Project Management Certificate from Coursera in 2021, a Six Sigma: Black Belt from LinkedIn in 2020, Analyzing Data with Python from edX in 2019, and a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from Scrum Alliance in 2021.
