Camilla Mendes

Camilla Mendes has a diverse work experience that spans from 2011 to the present. In 2011, they were an Human Resources Intern at CONAQ - Projetos e Consultoria em Engenharia Química e Engenharia de Alimentos. In 2013, they were President of Persona - Empresa Júnior de Psicologia da UFSC. In 2014, they were an Human Resources Intern at Gtt - Goods That Talk. From 2015 to 2022, they worked at RD Station in various roles, including People Development Manager, People Development Lead, Performance Development Specialist, and Talent Recruiter. In 2022, they began working as the Head of People & Culture at Conta Simples.

Camilla Mendes holds a degree in Psychology from the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, which they earned between 2010 and 2014. Camilla also holds three additional certifications: Inbound Marketing from Resultados Digitais, which they obtained in March 2016; Certificação Internacional 6Ds from Affero Lab; and People Analytics from Wharton Online.
