Christiane Miranda

Christiane Miranda has worked in the Human Resources field since 2010. From 2010 to 2012, they were an Estagiária de RH at Cyber1 Group. From 2012 to 2018, they were an Analista de RH (Generalista) at SOUZAMAAS. From 2018 to 2019, they were an Analista de Administração de Pessoal Pleno at Focus Audiovisual. From 2019 to 2020, they were a HR Business Partner at Eataly. Since 2020, they have been a Líder de DP, Benefícios e Facilities at Conta Simples, where they created all the processes and policies of the department from scratch and currently leads a team of two analysts and oversees the DP processes of two companies with over 200 employees.

Christiane Miranda completed a Tecnologia em Gestão de Recursos Humanos from Anhanguera Educacional between 2010 and 2011. In 2021, they began studying Transformação da Gestão de Pessoas e People Analytics at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. Miranda also holds certifications from INBRAEP Instituto Brasileiro de Ensino Profissionalizante, Escola Conquer, and Alura, including CIPA, Gestão Remota, Inteligência Emocional 2.0, Comunicação assertiva, Hábitos na liderança: Boas práticas, Liderança ambidestra: Buscando inovação e resultados, and Missão e propósito de liderar pessoas, which were all obtained between February and June of 2022.
