Gabriel Franco

Gabriel Franco has a diverse work experience. In 2018, they worked as a Salesperson for AIESEC. In 2019, they worked as an Administrative Director for Fox Baja, where they were responsible for reorganizing organizational structures, creating a playbook for team management, and developing an Employee Value Proposition and Employee Branding for the selection process. Gabriel also worked as a Social Consultant for Red Expo Social A.C., where they created 23 organizational indicators, developed a survey to reduce respondent bias, conducted a workshop for the main clients of the consultancy, and created a didactic material for the application of the indicators. The project was considered a Success Case by AIESEC Insper in 2019. In 2020, they worked as an Intern for Sidera Consult - Market Access and Expansion, where they were involved in strategic projects to help the organization see its strategies in a cohesive, integrated, and systematic way, as well as in the area of communication to increase the company's audience and develop and grow the brand name. Gabriel also worked as an Academic Intern for GE Renewable Energy, where they developed a project in the Supply Chain area using the PDCA method. Gabriel was awarded a Yellow Belt Planejamentos certification by Falconi Consultoria. Finally, in 2021, they worked as a Key Account Manager for Conta Simples, where their main responsibility was to manage a portfolio of companies, guiding the relationship with the company's largest customers. Gabriel's objective was to unlock the financials of companies in the Digital Marketing and Startups segment, with guidance on how to use the platform and carry out development projects outside of the product.

Gabriel Franco has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa, which they obtained in 2021. Gabriel also has a number of certifications, including a Formação Acelerada de Programação Neuro Linguística from the Sociedade Internacional de PNL (obtained in August 2021), a Yellow Belt Planejamento from Falconi (obtained in December 2020), and two Google Analytics certifications (Advanced and Beginner, both obtained in April 2021).
