Matheus Ribeiro Xavier de Araújo has a diverse work experience that began in 2010. Matheus Ribeiro was the founder and part owner of AM2 Soluções - BookBox, where they were responsible for sales, cash control, stakeholder relations, promotion and campaign implementation, and result management. This experience helped him to develop maturity, a conciliatory profile, negotiation and management skills, attitude, profile and entrepreneurial potential.

In 2015, they worked as a Promoter and Facilitator of the Leadership Course for the Fundação Estudar in Cuiabá, where they were an ambassador and facilitated the largest edition of Brazil at the time of the Leadership in Practice program. Matheus Ribeiro also developed leadership, analytical capacity, organizational and team management, self-knowledge, strategic and project management, goal and result management, governance, decision-making and multi-focus skills. As a National Support Team Member in Talent Management, they were an HR analyst and specialist, improved the national team management methodology, created content and material to improve the training of all 51 Talent Management Directors of AIESEC in Brazil, built a mechanism to control and account for the organization's minimum obligations, and facilitated national events and training. This experience helped him to develop implementation capacity, strategic, creative and distance management skills, content creation, team and people management skills.

From 2018 to 2019, they worked at SOMOS Educação as a Senior Educational Operations Analyst, where they monitored the management of 11 brands and 18 recently acquired schools in 11 different cities, applied and analyzed satisfaction surveys with parents and students and engagement surveys with employees, and followed the student recruitment cycle in 2019. Matheus Ribeiro also developed analytical and problem-solving skills, project management, culture and people, school and educational management, marketing and strategic planning skills.

Finally, since 2019 they have been working at Gupy as a Coordinator of Customer Success Operations | CS Ops, PMO | Customer Success and Implementation and Training Specialist | Customer Success. In 2022, they will begin working at Conta Simples as a Manager of Operations Intelligence | Customer Relationship Ops.

Matheus Ribeiro Xavier de Araújo obtained a Bachelor of Administration from the Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso between 2014 and 2017. Matheus Ribeiro then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, which they completed in 2019.
