Rafaela Araruna de Aquino has held a variety of roles in their professional career. At FCAP Jr. Consultoria, they held the roles of Gerente de Projetos and Consultora de Projetos. At Gerdau, they were an Estagiária de Suprimentos. At Simplifique Gerenciamento de Projetos, they were an Analista de Projetos. At FALCONI Consultores de Resultado, they were a Consultant and Analista de Gestão. At Estádio Colírio, they were a Gerente de Operações e Projetos. Finally, at Conta Simples, they are currently the Chief People Officer.
